'Distance makes the heart grow fonder.' Indeed! Being on an outstation audit, I missed my college.
After the long vacations,
( 'official' vacations. Otherwise every day has been like a vacation for me in all four years of junior college and my B.Com degree course)
the college reopened when I was still at the audit place.
For the first and so to say, the last time, ( I will be a graduate by the end of this year! Unbelievable but true!) I missed the first day of college. Whatever be my attendence record for the rest of the year, I have always been sincere enough to 'attend' this day of the year.
This year I missed it.
Finally a week now and I am going to the college tomorrow. I never had thought even in my weirdest dreams that I would miss my college as much as I did in the past whole week.
I am so excited to go and attend those lectures!
Wait.
Now this is a hyperbole.
Okay.
Not 'attend' but at least go and meet people. Regardless my will, I WILL have to ATTEND lectures for the sake of attendance. But that is altogether a different story!

P.S. My heart has grown 'fonder' for just a temporary time span. This feeling is subject to the law of Diminishing Marginal Utility. So it is absolutely void to use the above post to compel me to sacrifice my sleep for the '1st lecture' subsequently. ;p ;) :D
yeah even i missed the first day of college because of audit....!!! i wonder now i would not get this chance the entire life as this is the final year of ours in college!!!
